Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FTW (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FTW. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which will remove all your data from our servers.

User Conduct

You agree not to use FTW to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

Cheers & Taunts Policy

FTW provides preset cheers and taunts that users can send to members of their step tracking groups. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content in accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2. Any content that is offensive, harassing, or threatening will result in immediate account termination. All user interactions must be respectful and appropriate.

Health Data

FTW reads activity data from Apple HealthKit including step count, walking distance, active calories, exercise minutes, and floors climbed for the purpose of calculating group leaderboards. All HealthKit access is read-only — FTW never writes to your health data. Your health data is never sold or shared with third parties. FTW is not a medical device and should not be used for medical purposes.

Reporting & Blocking

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior within the App. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Users can also block other users to prevent unwanted interactions. Content that violates these Terms will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account termination.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the App. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App.

Disclaimers

FTW is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FTW is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Step count and activity data are approximate and may not be accurate. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
